A year ago around this time, I decided to push myself to lose at least 20-25 pounds (it was a New Year’s resolution). I can officially say for the year of 2024 I reached over my goal, and lost 32 pounds! It took a ton of motivation and consistency, but I feel so much better. This year went by so fast, and I’m excited for my New Year’s resolution for the year of 2025.

Let this year be your year too, and join me in the gym. Let me be your motivation, and push you where you wanna be at!
