Hello Fellow Beeks!

Our meeting Monday 5/16/21 at the LSU AG Center in Amite will be at 6pm as usual. There are always a million things on our agenda for these meetings, but one will be nominating a new president for the club. As suggested, we should change presidents once a year. So think of who you would like to be representing us for the next year and make your vote count. I do not have the email addresses for all club members, so please pass it along to the others in case someone doesn't get this message.

Anyone who is interested in beekeeping is welcome to attend. There is no charge for these meetings.

We of course want to get everyone's questions answered, especially for our new beeks. The tallow nectar flow is in the making, which makes for one of the best nectar flows of the season.

***This meeting is going to be special and different from our usual meetings. Jaw dropping, head spinning, rock your world kind of meeting Monday night. There are issues that very much need to be discussed and someone most us know and respect will be talking with us and explaining what unbelievable things have happened right under our noses. It is about honey bees and so much more. It is something of interest to everyone, so I encourage you to bring your family, friends and neighbors.

Hope to see you tomorrow!
