When we were asked if any of our members would be willing to help fill sandbags and build a temporary fence line for Taste of History, the answer was an easy "yes."

A huge thank you to the two amazing members—and two awesome kiddos—who gave their time to serve alongside us. We laughed, worked hard, and had a great time giving back to the community that supports us.

At Sandstone Fit Body Boot Camp, we're about more than workouts. We're about showing up for each other and for our community.

Incredibly honored to show up and complete The Murph workout on Memorial Day weekend as a Fit Fam.

This workout is challenging and honors American hero Michael P. Murphy.

Through the generosity of our members, Sandstone was able to raise $340 to support the LT Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation, which helps provide scholarships and educational opportunities while continuing his legacy of courage, leadership, and selfless service. Proceeds also help support the LT Michael P. Murphy Navy SEAL Museum in New York, created to honor and preserve the stories and sacrifices of our nation’s heroes. 🇺🇸💙💪

Today wasn’t just a workout.

Today, we came together to honor Michael P. Murphy and all of the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Lieutenant Murphy made the ultimate sacrifice during Operation Red Wings, and “The Murph” has become a way for communities across the nation to remember his courage, selflessness, and unwavering commitment to others.

This morning, we gathered bright and early, stood together for the National Anthem, shared a moment of silence, and pushed through every mile, rep, and round with gratitude in our hearts. Not because it was easy — but because freedom isn’t free.

It is an absolute honor to complete this workout in memory of those who gave everything so we could enjoy the freedoms we have today. We are beyond blessed, deeply grateful, and proud to stand together as a community in remembrance. 🇺🇸💙❤️
