The girls are so happy to be back at it!! ⁣

❄️Frosty Paws Winter League❄️ ⁣
We’re thrilled to be taking part in s winter dock diving league. This league will run through the winter season and the girls are competing for league top honors. First day going well so far! ⁣
⁣
Stella placed in top three for all three Wicked Far Jumps! We are taking a step back and solidifying her sit/stay and her confidence with the “chase” technique so the numbers look lower than what she did last year but once she learns it she will be FLYING!! ⁣

Our favorite Gator also received an invite to the National Showcase in Hydro Dash for placing in the top 25% of dogs across the country! She almost made it in Air Retrieve but she jumped out of her division which landed her at the bottom of the next division. An amazing accomplishment since she’s only jumped that far three times before. So proud of my gator girl!! ⁣⁣

Based on her performance at the North America Diving Dogs Regional Championships last weekend, she earned herself invitations to the National Showcase in Missouri for both Distance and Hydro Dash!! ⁣
⁣
While the timing and location of the event is not realistic for us this year with a newborn and COVID cases rising, I’m so incredibly proud of my silly silver girl!! ⁣Way to represent silver labs!

We had so much fun at Northeast Regional Championships this past weekend!! ⁣
⁣
While the girls didn’t make top 3, they had a ton of fun and made me very proud. Here are the results:⁣
⁣
Allie⁣
- Distance: 32nd out of 63 dogs (final score 20’10”)⁣
- Air Retrieve: 21 out of 29 dogs (final score 18’ - she jumped out of her normal division)⁣
- Hydro Dash: 12th out of 25 dogs (final score 19.307 seconds)⁣

Stella⁣
- Distance: 7th out of 66 dogs (final score 19’0”)⁣
- Hydro Dash: 6th out of 26 dogs (final score 16.666 seconds)⁣

Our last event of the season is this weekend and it’s a qualifier for next years regionals. Let’s see what these girls can do!⁣

Been a crazy couple of week getting in the groove with having a newborn and the girls are eager to get back to the sports they love. So excited to get back to the dock next weekend to prep for the Regional Championships!!
