Located on the ground floor of the old Amherst Athletic Club, Studio 116 is a newly renovated space dedicated to aerobic exercise, dance and fitness. Featuring a 1600 square foot dance floor illuminated by a massive glass-block wall, the warm and sunny room offers a spacious, private place where you may retreat to satisfy your fitness and exercise needs. Fully climate controlled, the studio is now

being made available in hourly blocks for individuals, instructors and their classes in need of the perfect practice space.
