We are going back where it all started..
Amherst Falcon Softball will host Iola Scandinavia tomorrow NIGHT at Nelson Park & Freddies Home Plate. Amherst High School Softball played games in downtown Amherst when it became an official High School Sport 1980.
Game time will be 7:00 so we get to a chance to play under the lights. There will be full concessions, Hope to see everyone Thursday Night.

Amherst Falcons Softball beat Weyauwega Fremont 16-0 in three innings today in Amherst. All nine starters had hits with Calee Schulist, Aubrey Chandler, Delaney Conner, Presley Voss, Jackie Nooyen, and Sam Nooyen each having two hits. Ivy Boelk also had two hits including a in the park Home Run and a double.
San Nooyen dominated on the mound giving up No hits while walking one. Sam struck out 6 of the nine batters she faced..
Amherst will be going back to where it all started for one more game before the playoffs. Amherst will face Iola Scandinavia this Thursday at Nelson Park in Amherst. Game Time will be 7pm. More details to come.
Also before today's game the Amherst girls took a picture with the family of Darryl Jastromski and athletic director Adam Miller in front of the Darryl Jastromski Memorial Batting cage.

Amherst Falcons Softball Home Game vs Weyauwega Fremont today.
Come out and support our 6 Seniors-Sam, Presley, Calee, Delaney, Allison, and Aubrey as today's game will be the final Home game of their Softball careers.
Gametime is 4:30 at the High School Field.

Amherst Falcons Softball lose at Iola in what turned out to be a slugfest 16-15 in 8 innings.
Amherst and Iola combined for 31 runs and 38 hits(20 for Iola and 18 for Amherst).
Jackie Nooyen led Amherst with 5 hits including 2 doubles. Aubrey Chandler had three hits with Izzy Losinski, Sam Nooyen and Presley Voss each having 2 hits with Sam Nooyen hitting a double but the biggest hit for Amherst was a three run Homer by Presley Voss.
Down 12-6 Amherst scored 6 runs in the top of the 7th to extend the game into extra innings. Big pinch hits by Sasha Gollon and Ava Dambroski kept the Falcons In the game but after taking the lead in the 8th, Iola was able to score 4 to end the game
