Yesterday, I attended the IPPONE LLC 2026 Kickoff Tournament and Banquet. It was great reconnecting after some time off and spending the evening with so many amazing friends 💛

I took second in sparring and third in forms - performing the White Crane kata Okaku for the first time. We're looking forward to attending more IPPONE events this year!

We had our ribbon cutting with the Amesbury Chamber of Commerce on Friday. It was great meeting everyone who came out! We are excited to be joining the Amesbury business community and are looking forward to what the future brings!
