🎆 Huge respect to our TKD crew! 🎆

Despite the brutal heat and parade delays, over 40 students (plus family members!) came out to represent APR Taekwondo in the 4th of July parade.

Whether you stuck it out through whole route or had to head out early, thank you for showing up, stepping up, and bringing your best. Just showing up on that incredibly hot day took grit and indomitable spirit!

Competitors, this is an AWESOME opportunity to practice with the Daedo scoring system, especially ahead of Iowa Games!!

ITA is back on the map, and we are calling our Taekwondo athletes to join us for a Sparring Rumble at Faiferlick's Martial Arts in Ft. Dodge. Rumble will be Saturday, June 28th from 10am to 2pm. Good for non-Daedo and Daedo matches.

Rumble will be run by our ITA Board Members, William Dang, and a portion of the rumble will go over the new sparring updates by our Iowa IR, Richard Puhl.
