Bryce - when you first came in, I didn’t fully understand… but now I do. There aren’t many leaders like you. Leaders who truly stand on character and integrity—holding that standard at the highest level, no matter the situation.

You showed me that when the work isn’t being done right, we don’t react emotionally we respond with purpose, ownership, and positivity. That lesson alone is something I’ll carry with me for life.

I’m thankful for the time you poured into strengthening my skill set, not just in running a business, but in thinking ahead, being proactive, and leading with intention. Because of your mindset, we accomplished things as a team that once felt out of reach—and did it with confidence and belief.

Your teacher’s mindset never wavered. There was never a moment we weren’t learning, growing, or being challenged to rise.

Your leadership has built up so many young leaders, planting a seed of greatness inside them. I myself included—who admire your energy, your passion to serve, and your commitment to doing things the right way.

Lord, I am deeply grateful! Thank you beyond words. My heart is overflowing with love and gratitude. You continually remind us that the greatest gift is found in Jesus and that His love unites us all. Family is such a blessing. I am truly thankful for the opportunity to be with Cory and Jazzy, and for the time spent with the Shrock family—it has been a gift in itself.

Seeing my grandson, James, fills my heart with pure joy. I love you, little man. I am honored and humbled to be your grandfather.

My prayer is that this holiday season has been filled with warmth, joy, and the peace of Christ for everyone. Many blessings to you and yours.

A Sunday ago, I listened to during Vision Sunday at , and I couldn’t hold back the tears. Seeing so many lives come to salvation… there’s nothing like it. Then later, I watched the classic “A Wonderful Life,” and the tears came again.

Life moves fast—sometimes too fast. And I don’t want to wait until the end of the year to look back. I try to reflect often on what God has placed in my hands, over my family, and inside my heart. I’m grateful for everything that’s unfolded.

I wouldn’t rewind the clock even if I could. This stretch has grown me in ways I never expected. I’m especially thankful for the opportunities to serve exactly where God has called me. And now, I look forward to even more increase—because I’ve seen firsthand how people’s lives can change for the better.

That’s the fuel that keeps me pushing. 🙏🏾❤️💪📶

It was an incredible experience working with MADE Hoops this past weekend!

It was a true pleasure to have the opportunity to invest in these young athletes—some of whom are destined to play at the highest level in the NBA one day. Being able to pour into them not just from a strength and conditioning standpoint, but also from an athlete’s perspective, was truly rewarding.

I shared with them that success isn’t just about physical performance—it’s about character, leadership, integrity, and grit. When opportunity presents itself, seize it and give it your best shot. That’s all anyone can ask for—your best.

Every time you step on the court, showcase your skills, your effort, and your heart. Because when you give your best, no matter the outcome, something good always comes from it.

Grateful. Inspired. Ready to Lead.

I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to John Rae and Barry Smith for providing one of the most up-scaling opportunities through PTLA. This experience challenged and refined me, helping me grow into a stronger leader with the tools and mindset to better manage, elevate, and empower our team to the next level.

A big thank you as well to Sarah and Liana for all the preparation, organization, and support in making sure our needs were met throughout the process — your efforts made all the difference.

And to everyone who attended PTLA — thank you for sharing your experiences, insights, and successes. It was truly inspiring to be surrounded by individuals who are driven, growth-minded, and striving for excellence in all they do.

In this room still being rebuilt,
For the better, for the good—
I sit in quiet reflection,
Thinking on what was, and what no longer is.
Not in sorrow,
But in gratitude.

For the pain became purpose,
The struggle became story,
And God—He turned it all into glory.

October comes, and my heart remembers.
My mother—your love still lingers
In the corners of my mind.
You were strength wrapped in kindness,
Grace that taught me how to rise.

Joshua—boy, I miss you.
You believed in me
Before I even knew who I was.

Clinton—you were courage,
I was little Cuzz walking through those dark New York nights, from Grandma & Pa’s house to the trailer,
Bats flying, hearts pounding,
Still laughing, still we were brave.

Auntie Doll—your home was warmth,
Sega games and family echoes,
You and Uncle Leo building us up.

Now I sit here—
In this sacred stillness,
Thinking of love,
Even for those who don’t love me. I still have love.
Asking God to shape my heart
Closer to His.

I’m thankful that God has chosen me for this journey! 🙏🏾
Just like the scripture says, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.” 🌾

I’ve chosen to sit down, be reshaped, and molded for His purpose in my life. To teach and grow others isn’t just my job—it’s part of my calling. To lead and set an example is who He created me to be.

Every weakness I have, I surrender to God so He can turn it into strength. 💪🏾 He’s poured so much into me over these past months—so much that now overflows into my family. My family is blessed, and God continues to elevate us for a greater calling.

To anyone reading this, may God bless you and move mightily in your life!
