I am an untraditional yoga teacher and bodyworker.
I am a psychic/medium. I am an athlete. I am a Light Warrior. I am an artist. I am a pioneer. I am ready to play in Wisconsin, like I’ve never played before!

Fun facts:
🎨 Frida Kahlo and I have the same birthday. She inspires me daily. I found art when I was 15 years old and didn’t know any other healthy way to express emotions and trauma.

🚢 Two of my great grandfathers migrated through Ellis Island. One from Norway.🇳🇴 One from Italy.🇮🇹They both had spiritual gifts. They protect me daily.

💀 My Great Aunt was a victim to the Bahjan cult in the 80s. I started channeling her guidance after my first pregnancy loss. I am here to remind my lineage we must stay grounded to make an impact.

👻 My Poppy talked to the spirt of his Great Grandmother. She told him things he didn’t want to know all the time. My Poppy has been on my peripherals, but I’m terrified of ghosts from childhood. This is my “work in progress” area. I hold really strong boundaries with ghosts.

🧘🏻‍♀️ I was first consciously pulled out of my body when I was 20 years old (1 year sober) and meditating. This is when I discovered “time” is not real.

I’ve lived through so many mind blowing and mystical experiences in my life.

Did you know when I first started teaching yoga I typically had more men attended my classes?

Did you know my very first paying private yoga client was a 75+ old man who was an artist and farmer?

Did you know my first regular male bodywork client was a retired firefighter from New York who just wanted to improve his golf game? Now he calls me “Magic Hands” 🪄

I love working with men because it’s way easier emotionally, no offense ladies haha! A lot of men who are drawn to work with me have CEO energy. They run multiple businesses or manage lots of people. They have high pressure careers and have to make a lot of decisions.

My speciality is helping clients disrupt auto-pilot. I take the lead with sacred touch and guide them back to their body gently, so they can integrate and discharge information from the week without needing to verbally process.

Women typically need more space to talk before they can drop into this primal work. The Men I work with are usually ready to jump right in. These are just the patterns I’ve noticed working with thousands of humans across the US. Take what resonates and throw the rest away. I’m not claiming to be a guru. I learn by trying, failing and trying again.

ROOTED Man includes in the same support as ROOTED Woman sessions. The difference is the delivery.

Men and Women do not process encoded light (stimuli) the same. Our nervous systems are different. I am a bodyworker who adapts with each client.

This Fire Horse is running free into her 60s and retirement! My Momma flew down to support me through the chaos. She taught me how to be a teacher by showing me the importance of play.

She found my old tittie bathroom prints and thought it would be fun to share little love notes around town. The best part is that the teenage boys caught me dropping it at the pizza place 🤣🤣🤣

Men and women integrate encoded light (stimuli) differently through their nervous systems because they have different hormonal cocktails and more.

Our integration centers (both men and women) are the spinal cord and brain. I believe women have adapted (hyper vigilance) throughout history, so they can integrate information faster through their spinal cords. This means they can act from instincts rather than needing proof in the mind much more efficiently than men.

Women had to adapt because they were also systematically slaughtered for trusting their animal instincts in balance with their logic (witch hunts).

Witch Hunts designed by the church set the “Witch Wound” in your DNA today. This wound is cellular memory of families and neighbors betraying each other because of fear and control. Sound like anything familiar?

That wound still lives in all women with European ancestors. That wound is what modern culture uses to syphon your vital life force energy so you don’t ask questions.

A Witch is simply a woman in her power, a woman who can no longer be manipulated or syphoned. She is the greatest threat to a system that wants humans numb, dumb and addicted.

This is how I meditate. I let the stress my body is holding discharge with grace and ease. My mind follows and the environment holds me. It’s simple and perfect for my neurospicy mind.

I irritate egotistical teachers when I ask questions for clarification or from my lived experience. I have been attacked by male teachers since I was 10 years old.

I like to jot notes or take screen shots of information that makes me feel alive and aligned. These were some moments from the end of May.

I have experienced some f**king HIGH highs and LOW lows the last two weeks. I am so thankful for my Soul friends and family.

Transformation is messy, and when we stop “shoulding” ourselves we expand beyond what our fearful mind could ever imagine!
