Every Friday night from 7:00pm-8:00pm athletes ages 6 - 18yrs old can come in to the gym for open training and play! This is a great time for gymnasts, tumblers, or cheerleaders to utilize the equipment for their personal goals. Our knowledgable staff are present to answer questions and assist athletes with any of their training needs.

This is by far one of the best events of the season. Featuring local DJ 'Big Juicy Ham'! We're turning out the day lights and turning on the party lights!

All in attendance, coaches and kids alike, are encouraged to wear exercise friendly Halloween costumes.

Did you hear about the upcoming Little Gymsters Preschool Clinic?

This event was created with the tiniest humans of the gym in mind! Open for enrollment for children ages 3-6yrs old, this event allows your Little Gymsters more time in the gym to LEARN, ENGAGE, EXERCISE, and have FUN!

Our Little Gymsters Preschool Program is the foundation of our facility. The tiny humans of GC have the most fun by far! We want to keep encouraging their growth, strength, and skill set so when they are ready to go explore more of the gym they are prepared for any new skills thrown their way!

Looking for a fun and spooky Halloween event for your Little Gymster?! We have the perfect event for you! Introducing Gymnastics Central's "Gym N' Jam" -Gymsters edition!
Our "Gym N Jam" is an annual Halloween themed open gym experience. Our coaches and staff dress in costume and coordinate games, challenges and music to make this experience special! Our preschool department would like to invite all Little Gymsters, ages 2yr - 6yrs old, to dress up and participate!
Things to look forward to:
-Preschool gymnastics instruction
-A spooky maze!
-Halloween costume contest
-Interactive games and challenges!
Ages: 2yrs - 6yrs old are eligible (all 2yr olds must be accompanied with a parent)
Enrollment: $15.00/child
