Lesson Duration: 1hr Lessons (May go over hour)

The first step in getting started in the lesson program is contact Ali Ligtenberg. The second step is to schedule your first lesson and tour after learning about our lesson programs through communication with Ali. The tour will provide an introduction to our barn as well as o

ur lesson program. The tour will also include completing safety forms and the lesson agreement provided to you that day. After the lesson tour is completed and all paperwork is finished, the third step would be to schedule your future lesson times and durations with Ali. LESSONS REQUIREMENTS: Ages 4-80+ years. Beginner to Experienced. Appropriate dress required--boot with 1/2 inch heel, comfortable clothing/pants for outdoor weather. Approved helmet provided. RIDING LESSON: hands on basic grooming, care and handling, riding logic, equitation and safety. RIDING DISCIPLINES: Western, trail, and recreational riding. GOAL OF PROGRAM: Promote practical and fun activities and whole horse understanding.

First camping trip of 2026 was a success! We went from thinking we were gonna be rained out to having such a fun weekend! We are so thankful the rain held off for us just enough to enjoy it all. Thank you to everyone who wanted to come out and enjoy it with us! 🤠 Camping is just such a great experience and good change of pace from our normal day to day. How lucky we are to have great horses, good friends, and a beautiful park to enjoy. Until next time!

We had our first home show of the year Saturday and wow it was such a great day! 🥳 Last year it was like we couldn’t have just one good weather day so we were pretty thankful to have such a beautiful day. ☀️ Thank you to everyone who came out to support and ride! Especially thank you to all of our helpers and folks that made it happen. Fantastic show to start off our year!

This is our year of projects! Huge thank you to Jerad, Matthew, Jamie, Dale, & Katie for your help getting our turnout pasture wood fencing in! Everything we do is to better our property and program so our horses and clients can enjoy it all to the fullest. ❤️🤠 What a journey seeing this property go from thick woods to a beautiful equine location. So very thankful for all the help and hard work that’s been put in along the way.
