This is how I hit the golf ball 400+ yards ⬇️
1️⃣ Mobility Training
I stretch every single day, focusing on the hips, thoracic spine, shoulders and ankles to get into better positions and create a bigger turn. The key is treating mobility like strength training. Progressively increasing the intensity with deeper ranges, added load and longer holds.
2️⃣ Strength Training
Speed is built on a foundation of strength. I lift 2-4x per week depending on where I am at in my program. Combining compound exercises with a lot of rotational strength and power.
3️⃣ Speed Training
This is where the distance comes from. Speed sessions teach your body to move fast and produce more clubhead speed. One of my favorite ways to train is using a TrackMan so I can measure swing speed in real time and push that number higher every session.
