Hello ! 🎉🥋

Today, September 3rd, our schedule will be a little different!

⏰ 6:00–6:30 PM — Beginners
🥋 6:30–7:00 PM — Advanced (ending 15 minutes early)
🧘‍♀️ 7:00–7:30 PM — Moms Club!

Moms Club, we’re taking it outside! 🌿 We will be doing yoga in the courtyard, so please bring a towel, blanket, or yoga mat.

💖 All moms are invited! We’ll also spend some time discussing Moms Club and all the fun things we have planned!

I’m at the point in my full time teaching journey where the kids I once taught at 9, 10, and 11 years old are now grown adults—and they still come back to see me. 🥹❤️

There is truly no greater honor than knowing I made enough of an impact in their lives that they remember me and want to visit. My heart is so happy and so full. 💕🥋

Teaching karate was always about more than punches and kicks. It was about building confidence, creating memories, and hopefully making a difference that lasts long after they leave the dojo. ❤️

💙 THANK YOU, SECOND BAPTIST CHURCH! 💙

I want to take a moment to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to Second Baptist Church Amarillo TX for opening your doors and allowing Sensei Candy Karate to hold our very first Black Belt Test in your beautiful facility.

But more than just providing us with a place to train and test, thank you for believing in our mission and supporting what we are trying to do in our community.🙏

🥰Together, we have already accomplished so much. We’ve helped kids build confidence, learn discipline and self-defense, given opportunities to children who may not otherwise have them, served our community, and created a place where kids know they belong.

And honestly, that’s what excites me the most… we’re just getting started.💯

When people come together with a heart to serve, encourage, and make a difference, there is no telling how much good can be accomplished. I’m excited to see what Sensei Candy Karate and Second Baptist Church can continue to do together for the children, families, and community we serve.

Thank you for standing beside us, believing in us, and helping us make a difference. 🙏❤️
