What FUN it is to be able to start another class of amazing women. They chose their group name to be
“ Begin Again” to start fresh and get themselves stronger . Thank you for making the effort to do something for YOU. They did great for their first session today! Some may graduate to my 9am class quickly ! So proud of them .Aren’t they the cutest ?

When you are strength training, remember to use unilateral moves instead of using two legs all the time. That way you will strengthen your weaker side. We did these pistol squats today with the TRX to work one leg at a time.
We also did jump rope( have not done that in years ) and box jumps with soft landing to help prevent osteoporosis.
I spend much more time strength training at 65 than I did in my younger days and it is paying off when I can jump on the trampoline with my grandkids ! Also carrying in heavy groceries and 5 gallon water bottles seems to be easier now.!
Cardio is good gals but be sure you spend at least 2-3 times a week doing resistance training. Make yourself priority. You’re worth it !

These gals learned the entire THRILLER dance in one hour 👻🤖☠️💀👺👿👏👏👏👏 such a blast and some great costumes. ! Ages 22- 72 all rockin some MJ!!
