Zumba Fitness is the most fun you can have while working out! I think the best thing about Zumba is how anyone can do it and you can always make it your own work out. All of the steps that we do can be modified to fit your current fitness level. If you don't feel comfortable jumping up and down like crazy people, walk it out. If my footwork is just a little slow, kick it up and work your core and

move your arms. It is honestly one big party, like going out with your friends on a Friday night and dancing. That's my goal: is to make you forget that you're even working out. Come join me! I'd love to meet you!!! I teach in the Amarillo, Texas area. Occasional Zumba/fitness events in Amarillo and Canyon, Texas.
