I have determined that Perry Mason was a habitual violator of the rules of discovery. He was always springing things in court that the DA was completely unaware of. I wonder if he was also secretly miking his clients in billable hours since they ended up in court when he was sandbagging the evidence to have cleared them before they were standing trial. 🧐
