This is what he wrote.
Drake Pilgrim has been training me for a little over two years at three to four times a week, and has done a fantastic job. When we started, I hadn't been to a gym in almost a decade and I was in pretty bad shape. Combined with my asthma and heart condition, starting out on my own would have been incredibly difficult, but Drake knew exactly the kind of routine to put me through to ease me back into working out, starting with mostly balance and light cardio. Since then, we've moved into mostly weight lifting exercises, and I feel like I'm the strongest I've ever been. Thanks for all you've done for me, Drake!
