A few weeks ago we threw an idea out to the community about the possibility of leasing out the building. Our life is busy to the point we weren’t able to put in the time our youth deserved. Both, Dennis and I have stressful full time jobs and two very active kids, and little did we know we would soon face a cancer diagnosis that will need our full attention… but more on that later.
Shortly after that post, we received a message inquiring about the building. Dennis went and showed them the shop and explained what our passion is with hopes the new tenant would want to continue our vision. We were elated to learn that they too had the same heart and passion and were ready to jump in head first to continue what we started.
We spent the past several weeks working with them to get all the details figured out and are excited to announce that beginning August 1st, AllHeart Baseball and Softball will turn into Full Count Athletics. All appointments will be handled by them and through their page (linked below).
Dennis and I want to thank each of you for the love and support we have received the past year. We live, sleep, and breath all things softball and baseball. Nearly every weekend you will find us at the ball field cheering on not only our 2 kids, but players from past teams and friends of ours… and definitely have the sunburns and tan lines to prove it 🥵😂.
Having the sporadic idea to gauge interest in leasing the shop and the Hulcy’s jumping in feet first was divine intervention. Last week we learned that Dennis has cancer and will be going through treatment soon. We don’t know the stage or prognosis, but do know that is where our focus needs to be. Knowing the shop is going to continue and our youth still has access to an affordable training facility makes this transition a bit easier. Once again, thank you to everyone for your support and help us welcome Full Count Athletics to the community.
