It is with heavy hearts that the Mid-Ohio Youth League mourns the passing of Coach Anthony DeCastro.

Anthony was more than a coach—he was a mentor, a friend, and a positive influence on countless young athletes. His passion for baseball was matched only by his love for his family and his commitment to helping kids grow both on and off the field. His encouraging words, infectious smile, and unwavering support made a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Jennifer, Alexia and Ridge, and the entire DeCastro family during this incredibly difficult time.

Family and friends may visit with Anthony's family on Wednesday, July 15, from 4:00–7:00 PM at Taylor-Theller Funeral Home in Amanda.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Anthony's memory may be made to Mid-Ohio Youth League at Kingston National Bank, helping continue the mission he cared so deeply about—providing opportunities for local youth to learn, grow, and love the game of baseball.

Coach Anthony's legacy will live on through every player he encouraged, every lesson he taught, and every life he touched.
