🏹 WE’RE HIRING — ARCHERY SHOP TECHNICIAN! 🏹
Love bows, arrows, and everything archery? Turn your passion into your job!
We’re looking for an experienced Archery Shop Technician or, at a minimum, someone with strong mechanical skills and knowledge of tools to join our team.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
● Set up, tune, and repair compound bows
● Install strings, cables, sights, rests, and accessories
● Perform bow maintenance and troubleshooting
● Help customers get the most out of their equipment
● Provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
● Archery experience and a strong knowledge of compound bows is a plus
● Mechanical ability and attention to detail required
● Great customer-service skills
● Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
● Bow tuning/repair experience is a BIG plus!
Must be able to draw a minimum of 50 # draw weight
● If you know your cams from your cables and your nocking point from your peep sight, we want to hear from you!
