Race Recap from Farmington | 9/19/26 📖🏁
It was a HOT one, but we had a much needed great night at the racetrack!
We started the evening in hot laps with an engine miss. Initially, we thought we had a fuel issue, so the crew went straight to work going through the fuel system trying to track it down.
The heat race quickly told us fuel wasn’t the problem, as the miss continued. Fortunately, Korbin was able to battle through it and salvage a 2nd place finish.
Back in the pits, we kept digging and discovered a broken spark plug. A huge thank you to the Barron family for helping us out with a set of plugs. We got them changed, fired it back up, and the problem was gone!
With the engine finally running like it should, Korbin went out and brought home a 3rd place finish in the feature! 👊
After some of the nights we’ve had this season, it sure felt good to put together a solid night and roll the car back into the trailer in one piece.
Great job, driver, and great job to everyone who jumped in and helped get this #28 running right! 🏁
