As a substitute for our stroke clinic this year, we are going to try offering a week of private lessons instead.

30-minute private lessons will be offered each day from 5:45pm-8:15pm Monday August 31-Friday September 4 from an array of RSC coaches depending on availability.

Notes:

-Private lessons are open to any swimmer, whether they are a current RSC swimmer or not

-5 years old is the age minimum

-Coaches will get in the water with swimmer upon request

-No makeups or refunds will be offered for missed lessons

-Per SafeSport, a parent needs to always be in the stands during the private lesson time

Tryouts for the fall season are open on our website!

Tryouts are a free 10-15 minute evaluation of your swimmer by one of our RSC coaches.

Dates:

Saturday, September 5th @10:30am

Monday, September 7th @10:30am

Saturday, September 12th @10:30am (This tryout is after the start of the season)

🏊‍♂️ CENTRAL ZONES 🏊‍♀️

What a weekend for our three athletes who competed at Central Zones in Minneapolis! We couldn’t be more proud of the way they stepped up and represented Rams Swim Club and the state of Iowa on a big stage.

They put in the work, raced hard, and showed what it means to represent your team and state with pride. We are so proud of each of you and everything you accomplished this weekend! 👏🏼

Congratulations to Jorgia for another podium finish! She placed 8th in the 100 fly at Zones with a time of 1:10.77!
Jorgia also placed 11th in the 50 free! She was also a part of team Iowa’s 400 free relay team placing 7th, 200 medley relay (freestyle) that placed 5th, and 200 free relay that placed 6th!
