🧡🎃OCTOBERS RIDER OF THE MONTH🎃🧡
Kayla Miller

Kayla:
🧡 How do you ReStart your day?
Most days i start with an early morning spin to get my mind right. If I start with a clear mind 1 know I can accomplish anything. As a mother of three very busy boys and a pharmacy technician of a long term care pharmacy thats very demanding a clear mind is the only way to start my day.

🧡What’s your favorite part about riding at ReNew?
That no matter the mood or how tired I am when I walk in there i always walk out feeling so much better.
I can walk in there with the weight of the world on me but once I walk in that darkroom, that is my time to be free and relax (if that is what you want to call it). The community that is in that building is amazing, from the instructors to the other riders. Everyone is always so welcoming!!

TomiLee:
Kayla has worked so hard and it shows. Her strength on the bike has improved so much but what I love most is how much her confidence has grown. She walks into class ready to work, smiling, and she gives every ride her all. No matter how hard the class gets she finishes strong. That kind of attitude is contagious! Proud of her!
