WE ARE MOVING‼️

Starting October 1st, we will be inside of S&S Training - Meade's Gym! 🔥

We have enjoyed our time at Dormans and we love those guys! This move puts us into a more private mat space and we believe this will be very beneficial to our students and our business. You will still be able to purchase gym memberships through S&S, and it is a beautiful weight room! 🏋️

We are looking forward to this move and we hope you are too! There is no better time to start training than right now ⚔️

Are you looking for a way to get your kids active, in shape, or prepared to defend themselves? Need a way to get them more social interaction? This is it, jiu jitsu! 👏🏻🥋

Beginning the week of 9/14, we will be offering a dedicated block for them twice per week, Mon/Wed at 11:00 am. This is a cool, differentiated way for them to earn their physical education credit while learning a rare skill and earning their BJJ rank. The week of 9/14 is going to be a big one‼️

We are having belt promotions on Monday (9/14), then Wednesday (9/16) will be our first day of Beginners and Advanced class. Flood City Jiu Jitsu has been super successful with this model and we’re following their lead.

We get the question a lot - “Do you have classes for beginners?” And now we can say yes we do! We’re happy to give newcomers the opportunity to feel comfortable at their level and learn the fundamentals of jiu jitsu before being mixed in with experienced guys. You can sign up for the Monday / Wednesday class only for $80 per month or you can sign up for our All-Access membership for $100 per month. Our All-Access membership is still $80 until the 14th. Lock in our current rates and save while you can! 💰💰

Beginners can work through the Beginners class curriculum and earn their first few stripes. When they’re ready they will move up with the advanced group and learn some more complex technique while rolling with higher level students. 🥋
