Reflecting on the past few weeks of swimming lessons, lifeguard training classes, and water safety instructor classes and feeling so much JOY! Getting to be a witness in watching people learn life-saving skills and watching the “ah-ha” moments and seeing the look in a person’s eyes when they change from fear to confidence…I can hardly express it! JOY

This day has been a little crazy! Each time we enter the water another little “storm” pops up!
If we hear it; we must clear it! It’s as if the thunder is developing right over Alton all day so far. Stay weather aware!

Well, it’s been a bit of a crazy morning for lessons! No more hopping in and out because of thunder…no lessons this morning Wednesday, July 1.

I have a lifeguard training class set up for July 7 - 10 and I would love to have a few more participants. Send me message if you, or someone you know, is looking for a class yet this season! The class is scheduled to be held in the evenings after 5pm on T/W/T and all day on Friday, the 10th.
PS- Maybe someone who turned 15 during the month of June? 😉
