For any new or existing member who joins the gym in February and enrolls in our autopay program, we will donate your entire first month membership fee to a well-deserving local family during a time of need. The family of young Carstyn Casey could use our support in his battle with cancer. As an additional incentive, for all who enroll in this promotion, your second month of membership (March) will be free. And, the best part is, if working out isn't your thing, you can cancel your membership at anytime thereafter, with no additional cost. đź’™

Due to the presence of some unwelcome intruders, the door code had to be changed again today. If you are a member who uses the code for entry to the gym, please message us for the code.

Due to an increase of people not paying once you receive the code we are making some changes. I will meet you and you will pay me personally. No more codes given unless you pay 1st. 417-270-0204 is my number.

We have an easy option for you which is ACH ( which comes with a key fob) you can do this option with student pay, single, or family membership.

No elementary or Junior High Students are allowed in the gym unless the child is with a paying parent or guardian no exceptions.

For anyone using the gym today, be aware of the freshly painted areas of the concrete floor. Specifically, avoid the shiny area in front of the treadmills and in front of the pec deck machine.

Due to recent unfortunate incidents, we will no longer offer access to day pass users and have discontinued the use of door codes. More security cameras are also being installed. Entry will be by key fob only and those will only be issued to monthly members. If interested in joining, please call 417-270-0204 and I will meet you. It is unfortunate when the actions of a few cause changes for all but these enhancements will result in a more secure environment for all members.
