🇺🇸 Join Us in Honoring Our Heroes 🇺🇸

Dear Veterans, Families, and Community Members,

We warmly invite you to join us on Monday November 11, 2024 at 9:00 AM for a very special Veterans Day Program hosted by our Altha School FFA Chapter. This event is dedicated to recognizing the courage, sacrifice, and selflessness of all those who have served our country—both past and present.

This year’s program, themed “Honoring the Brave: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow,” will feature inspiring stories, a moving tribute to POW/MIA, a grand flyover, a 21-gun salute, heartfelt music performed by our students, and a respectful flag retirement ceremony. It’s our way of expressing gratitude to the veterans who have given so much for our freedom and way of life.

We hope you’ll join us for this hour of reflection, honor, and community. Let’s come together to show our deepest appreciation for the incredible service of our veterans. Feel free to invite friends, family, and especially any veterans you know so that we can honor them as they deserve.

I normally don’t do this, but here goes. I would love all my friends, family, co-workers, former players, and anyone that calls or has called themselves a Wildcat to come out and support our girls tonight. We play at 6 at home against Cottondale. I’m not going to say “it’s been”, but if you have followed Altha sports you know. We need all the support and good vibes we can get. Chucky McCrone, Mary McClellan, LeAnna Hall, and myself have been telling these girls all year, this week is what you play your whole season for. No one will remember our record in 10 years, but they will remember if they were District Runner Up or District Champions. Plus, you can get some of the best food around from Buddy's Buffet and Catering Foodtruck (Who was a Wildcat) These $10 specials are amazing!!! Once A Wildcat, Always a Wildcat!!!
