We don’t do sport specific training.
And that’s exactly why our training works....
At The Athlete Factory, our focus is on building well-rounded athletes by developing the foundational qualities that carry over into every sport. Our training is designed to help athletes become faster, stronger, more explosive, more confident, and more injury resistant so they can perform at a higher level in competition.
Athletes already spend countless hours practicing sport skills during team practices, lessons, and position specific work. That’s important and necessary.
Our job is different.
Our role is to help athletes move better, develop strength and power, improve speed and overall athleticism, and become more physically prepared for the demands of their sport.
We believe performance training should work alongside sport coaches by supporting athletic development and helping athletes maximize the skills they’re already practicing. At the same time, we recognize that every athlete has different strengths, weaknesses, experience levels, and physical needs.
That’s why we keep our training in small groups (approximately 5–6 athletes per coach) so athletes receive individualized coaching, appropriate progressions, and the attention they need to train safely and effectively.
And the results speak for themselves.
For almost 20 years, we’ve helped thousands of local athletes improve performance and take their game to the next level — from youth athletes just getting started to State Champions, college athletes, and professional athletes.
