Want to stop the stress with your fitness journey? 🛑
If you’re someone that has struggled with losing weight... Then this announcement is for you….👇
If you want to go from thinking your goals aren’t achievable to hitting those goals and maintaining them, then you have to STOP telling yourself these 3 things:
1️⃣Stop telling yourself that something is wrong with you. < I promise there is NOTHING wrong with you 🤗
Instead, tell yourself that this journey is different for everyone, and it looks differently for everyone.
🛑Stop bad mouthing yourself when you’re not able to get a workout in, or if you eat something that isn’t on your nutrition plan.
🔑If something doesn’t go as you had planned, it’s okay! Just get right back to your plan.
2️⃣Stop telling yourself you need to cut things out of your life (i.e social events), or out of your nutrition < Instead, tell yourself that your goals CAN fit into your lifestyle.
🔑You can still go to events on a fitness journey. And yes, you can still include carbs and lose weight.
3️⃣Stop telling yourself you’ll wait until you lose the weight to [fill in the blank] < Do what makes you feel comfortable in the body you’re in RIGHT NOW!
❗️Stop waiting❗️
🔑You don’t know how long it’s going to take you to reach the goal(s) you have set for yourself. You want to enjoy life!
So you’re probably asking yourself, why does this matter to me right now, at this particular moment in my fitness journey….
Here’s why this matters (or at least should matter) to you most….
You’re not going to be where you want to be at first, but in time you’ll get there 🔑
You have to speak positively if you want it.
