I went from a skinny kid who was self conscious in the gym and I turned that into my biggest strength. Four years later I have gotten my degree in sport and exercise science from UCF and have become a sponsored athlete for many high profile brands such as myprotein. Doing the workout that got looking absolutely JACKED for Spider-Man Brand New Day. This was actually my second time attempting this because when I first filmed it yesterday I did sets of 20 squats instead of 15 so doing this sore was not fun 😂 We will see if I’m able to keep up with Tom 👀

We are officially over 150k pull-ups into the world record journey and I can safely say this is the hardest yet more rewarding thing I’ve ever done.

Never have I taken on a task that has so many ups and downs, so many moments where I want to quit, so many moments where I wonder if I can even do it, yet I kept pushing.

Doing this has really helped me reach another level. Every time I get on that bar I get stronger and more disciplined. This record is going down and I don’t care how long it takes, how much my hands rip, or how many times my CNS crashes. It’s not over until I win.
