Hello club members!!

Pistol league is just around the corner! League consists of ten matches over a ten week period starting next week. Everyone has to shoot .22 which consists of 20 rounds slow fire, four strings of five rounds timed fire, and four strings of five rounds rapid fire. You may also shoot center fire pistol and/ or .45ACP if you wish. You must be a club member and a memberof the NRA. Cost is $10.00 to be part of the league and $5.00 per match so it’s pretty cheap entertainment! Most of our meets this year are at home so travel will be minimal this year. Any .22 pistol will work. We need a minimum offour people to make a team score and you don’t have to be a great shot to be part of the team. This is mainly about havingfun and improving your skills. If anyone is interested please contact me and I’ll get you a schedule for the season and answer any questions you have.

ATTENTION TRAP SHOOTING ENTHUSIASTS!!

Hanover Gun Club will be offering a six week trap league starting Thursday July 24 through August 28. You may shoot make ups if you can’t make it every night. Also, I will have some people shooting on Sundays at 1:00 if you have conflicts or there are weather issues . This is just a “for fun” league but we will give prizes of some sort at the end for individuals and teams.

Anyone can participate, you do not need to be a club member.

Teams will consist of five shooters and will need a creative team name!! Don’t have four buddies to make a team?? No problem you can still participate and we will try and put a team together for you.

We will start at 5:00pm and shoot a total of 50 rounds each night. 25 singles and then 25 handicap targets (average of 16 yard scores).

Costs will be $20.00 per person registration fee (one time) and $14.00 target fee each night.
