Lyla shared that before joining Bridle Up Hope, she was struggling to find joy, and each day felt difficult to get through. Throughout her program, she set goals, learned new habits through Stephen R. Covey’s 7 Habits, and worked with different horses each week.

She said Bridle Up Hope taught her that effort reflects outcome. Because of what she learned, she now keeps her room clean, uses a calendar, and feels so much more organized and confident in her daily life.

We are so proud of Lyla and the growth she has experienced through this journey. 🤍

At Bridle Up Hope, our mission is to inspire hope, confidence, and resilience in girls and women through horses and the principles found in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.

Our curriculum combines life-changing principles with horseback riding, creating experiences that empower women and girls to become the best versions of themselves. The horses help teach courage, confidence, connection, and resilience in ways that are both powerful and unforgettable. 💛
