Congratulations to Ray Lineberry.
Ray was the first golfer in the second division to complete the 2026 MGA Birdie Challenge. Ray had birdies every hole on the course except #17. He posted a birdie on hole #17 yesterday while playing in the Thursday afternoon match. Second and third place in the second division are still up for grabs as there are several golfers that just need that one or two more birdies to complete their challenge.

Our kid's camp begins next Monday, June 8. We a few openings remaining. Coach Jeff Bullen does a great job with the kids. The camp runs from 9am until noon each day (Mon thru Thur).

Harry Gaither completed his 2026 MGA birdie challenge yesterday. He birdied #4 to complete the challenge. Harry is the 1st golfer in the upper division to do so and he was awarded the 1st place prize. There are several golfers that just need a birdie on one more hole to claim the 2nd place finish.

No one in the lower division has completed their challenge but there are several that just need to record a birdie one or two more holes.

The birdie challenge is to record a birdie on each of the 18 holes while participating in a MGA dogfight. The challenge began with our season premier MGA dogfight in mid February.

Today at noon begins our Summer series of One Man scrambles. $20 entry fee (plus price of golf) with a 100% payback. Pays 1 place for each four entries. Must have Alpine dogfight points or active GHIN to participate.

This is not a great photo but it’s the best I could get.
Jan and I were out on the course this afternoon and happened to see something I have never seen on the course.
We were on the #8 tee box and looked down towards the #10 green and watched this beautiful Peacock cross the #10 fairway.
