We have lots of fun learning horsemanship and riding skills in the arena, but we also have fun on the trail! Our little campers last week got to take Scarlett the pony on a picnic adventure. Our awesome Skyhawk trainer, Grace, and our jumper friends are going to be setting a course on Saturday and having jumping lessons with Grand Prix rider and trainer, Maggie Hill. The main arena will be used from 7:30am-1:00pm on Saturday, Aug 1. The round pen and warmup arena will still be open for use. If anyone is interested in a lesson with Maggie on Saturday, please reach out.

We are hosting another fun week of horse camp August 10-13th from 9am-2pm! Snuggles is very excited to be painted again. 😂

Your child will learn all about horse care, how to groom and saddle their horse, riding fundamentals and ground handling skills. We play all kinds of games and make a craft every day. Lunch is also included.

It’s been an amazing summer so far at Skyhawk Equestrian Center! Lots of amazing rides with family and friends, lots of fun summer camp days and lots of quality time with our sweet ponies and horses. We hope you’ve been enjoying the summer with your horse too!

There’s an 80% chance of rain this Saturday and a 100% chance you’ll have a blast this Saturday at our clinic with the legendary Pam and Lou Scarlett!

We’re solving trailer loading problems, ground manner issues, spookiness, trust issues, tie issues, handling feet, and more. There’s no horse problem too big or too small for the Scarletts.
