The Alpine Ranch CrossFit community is built on shared physical exertion, scalable group workouts, and mutual support that transform independent local affiliates into close-knit, family-like support systems.

Just an awesome place with rad people. Come workout with us. Your 1st class is always free. Alpine Ranch CrossFit. Located inside the Viejas Outlets.

10/17/2026

Due to Red Flag weather conditions the 8:30am class is cancelled.

The power at Viejas is on, but the air quality is poor, & the winds are expected to continue through the day. Also, many people will be staying home performing repairs & clean up from the winds.

The weather is supposed to return to normal & cool off starting Sunday. We will resume our regular class schedule on Monday.

⭐️ If you have an Open Gym membership you may still use the gym.

Sorry for the inconvience.

Power in many areas of Alpine are shut off, but not at Viejas. SDGE restored power on that grid & Coach Chappie will be there for 4:30pm & 5:30pm.

There is no running or outside work in the WOD today. We will be inside with the doors closed.

Thank you for your patience. We never know when SDGE will cut power.

In SDGE’s infinite wisdom they have just now shut down power to the Viejas Outlets. Even though the wind has stopped & there is no more forecasted wind events. Unfortunately, we will need to close the gym until the power returns. I will provide an update today at 3:30pm for tonight’s classes & an update at 9:00pm for tomorrow’s class. If the power returns classes will be a go.

Skipped the workout & took the ACES class for a bowling session at Viejas 🎳 We all had a blast.

ACES is our Adults with Autism class funded by ACES FMS. They receive 30 minutes of strength & conditioning 2X per week. They learn fundamentals in weightlifting, coordination in movement, & teamwork. It also gives them a chance to make friends 🧩

We do rad things at Alpine Ranch CrossFit.
