Prima Rhythmic Gymnastics RG training with an emphasis on grace and confidence for girls ages 3+. We love what we do! ❤️

Club is inviting girls into the world of rhythmic gymnastics, the most beautiful, graceful, and expressive sport! A rhythmic gymnast will always stand out in the crowd because of her beautiful figure, elegant posture, defined muscles, coordination, grace and ability to carry herself with poise and confidence. Rhythmic gymnastics is the very kind of gymnastics girls need at the early age. Only in rhythmic gymnastics, complex strengths exercises are combined with apparatus handling and various forms of dance, developing rhythm and musicality. At the same time, the girls learn about life skills such as working hard, setting and achieving goals, willpower, strengths of character, time management, and respect for coaches and teammates. They will also learn about their unique abilities to do amazing things with their bodies and to express themselves through movement and dance.

Continuing to share the successes of our beauties at this year’s GymChamps! 🇺🇸

Anastassia showed her best ever results at Elite Nationals and successfully qualified for the Ball Final at the event! ❤️
A beautiful culmination of an exciting and enjoyable season, we are incredibly proud of our athlete 🫶

Mary concluded her season with a Bronze medal amongst National Seniors! The transition to Senior level competition is not easy but this year has brought many lessons and growth along with it 💫

No better way to celebrate National Gymnastics Day than by recognizing the accomplishments of our gymnasts at USA Gymnastics Championships this year! 🇺🇸

We are proud to announce that two Prima gymnasts are current members of Team USA! Sayana made history for our gym this year by becoming the first athlete from Prima to qualify for the Senior Individual National Team! So much hard work and pride stand behind this moment 🥹🤗 We wish Sayana great success in the upcoming season and the opportunity to share her passion and mastery with even greater audiences 🌟

Elizabeth once again qualified for the Senior Group National Team! What an honor to see a gymnast raised in our gym continue to grow and succeed year after year 🤩❤️

We are so thrilled to see Prima gymnasts shine bright on the biggest National stage! Thank You to our girls for their dedication and for becoming trailblazers for Prima. Hannah-🥉BRONZE Rope,🏅8th Hoop,🏅10th Ribbon, and 4th AA! What an achievement, proving your strength and finishing Top 5 amongst the best 72 athletes in the country! 👏
Olivia-🥉BRONZE Floor,🏅6th Rope, and 9th AA! Beautiful work and demonstration of a fighting spirit despite a tough start to the competition 💪
Hannah and Olivia placed 1st and 2nd amongst Region 6, leading to a second place finish in the Team competition! 🏆

A very successful Senior debut from Sayana, who brought the energy and placed 🥉Ribbon,🏅4th Hoop, and🏅4th All-Around in the invitational portion of the event. Excited to step into this next level of competition! 💪
