I found this technique by accident.

When I was "Up Against It". as it were, I surrendered and mentally said, "Whatever happens, happens."

At that moment I saw everything change in front of my eyes. For the better!

How to stay young.

Clint Eastwood says he doesn't let the Old Man in.

I would suggest, instead of looking at and saying "no" to the Old Man, look at and say "yes" to the young man.

What do I mean and what difference does it make?

Whatever we focus our attention on gets bigger.

It doesn't matter if we say "no" or we say "yes", it will get bigger.

So we need only look at what is wanted and say "yes".
