from teaching last week in Costa Rica resort. The staff at the resort set us up beautifully each morning in both practice locations ( thank you! 🙏) and I met some lovely travelers. Some who rarely practiced ( or never) and showed up regularly - early mornings - on their vacation! - with open hearts and minds. ❤️ Yoga can make the mundane feel special, and the special feel even more so. It’s pretty cool like that.

Lucid dreams. The ones where you are asleep, dreaming and know you are dreaming. You are the watcher of the dream. That’s where answers come to me. That’s where I am called out and called in to my capital T Truth. Softly sometimes, yes, like a gentle wave. Other times the Truth comes to me like a tsunami. I wake up rested and soothed, or exhausted by a battering of Truths. Either way, morning comes. And now I see. I Know. So, what will I do with the Knowing? What will you do with yours?
