1. What’s one accomplishment at the gym you’re most proud of?

I’m getting stronger, I can lift more weight now!

2. How has CrossFit impacted your life outside the gym?

CrossFit been so good for me in so many ways, my mental health is improving, my energy levels and my social life are better, and definitely my body is stronger to handle all the hours standing up that my job requires.

3. What’s your favorite part about being a member of our community?

My favorite part is how supportive everyone has been, you will always hear a “ great job” even when you feel the you barely make it.

Yerina, we’re so proud to see you walk through our doors every day with a smile on your face and a willingness to embrace a style of fitness that can feel intimidating to so many. Your dedication, consistency, and positive attitude never go unnoticed. You’re absolutely crushing it, and this spotlight is so well deserved!👏💛

Huge shoutout to everyone who showed up for Murph today! 🇺🇸💪

Whether you finished it RX, scaled, partnered up, cheered others on, or just showed up and gave your best effort, today was about more than a workout. Thank you for coming together as a community to honor Lt. Michael Murphy and all those who have served.

We’re proud of every single one of you. The sweat, the struggle, the encouragement, and the laughs afterward are what make this community so special.
