As Southern Zone begins its full transition into 3d Georgia Girls, let's take a moment to honor the woman who started it all, our fearless leader, Coach Clare Boothe!

Clare has been a true trailblazer for girls' lacrosse in Georgia. Her impactful contributions include running many clinics across the Metro Atlanta area as well as coaching at the high school level. Clare started leading programs such as the John's Creek Jr. Gladiator program in 2009, the Georgia Outlaw middle school program in summer of 2012, cofounded LB3 Atlanta Girls in fall of 2012, and started Southern Zone Lacrosse in August of 2015. Clare's impact on the sport has been immeasurable and we are beyond grateful for all that she has done over the years!

Safe to say there would be no "SoZo" without her. ❤️💙

We love you Coach Clare and cannot wait to see what your next adventure brings!

3STEP SPORTS EXPANDS 3D LACROSSE
Launches 3D Georgia Girls Program Through Acquisition of Southern Zone Lacrosse
Atlanta, GA – May 5, 2025 — 3d Georgia, a top-tier boys’ lacrosse club in the state of Georgia and part of the nationally recognized 3d Lacrosse network, is proud to announce the launch of a new girls’ lacrosse program for the fall of 2025. This expansion comes through the acquisition of Southern Zone (“SoZo”) Lacrosse, an elite girls club based in Atlanta and one of the region’s most respected player development programs.
The move combines 3d Georgia’s elite training model and national network with Southern Zone’s established foundation and success in girls' lacrosse in Georgia. The result is a dynamic new opportunity for female athletes in Georgia and the Southeast to receive next- level coaching, compete at the highest levels, and be part of a nationally connected lacrosse experience.

Tryouts for the NEW 3d Georgia Girls for Fall 2025/Summer 2026 will be held August 2-3 at Mt Pisgah Patriot Athletic Complex! Click here to register!
