The difference between going to the gym and going to dance class is that you actually can’t wait for dance class! Many of our dancers, from beginners to pros, find our classes to be the highlight of their day.

It’s a totally different way of feeling good in your body. (And yes, more fit too.)

Dance is different than the gym. Because it means something.
