You need to understand why knowing hasn’t been enough to make you do it.

I’ve spent 20+ years helping people change, and one thing became very clear:

Knowing your worth doesn’t create change.
Insight alone doesn’t create change.

There are beliefs, patterns and ways of thinking influencing what you do — often before you even realize it.

That’s the work I teach.

I help you identify what’s keeping you stuck, shift what’s driving it, and start making choices that actually reflect what you know.

ACCEPT. SHIFT. MOVE.

If you’re tired of knowing what needs to change but still not changing it, follow me.

I’m going to show you what’s happening in The Gap — and how to start closing it.

I knew my worth.

That wasn’t the problem.

I had spent years teaching other people about worth, helping people change, challenging irrational beliefs—

and somehow I still had time for co****le, but not for my own health.

That dressing room made something painfully obvious:

**Knowing you matter and living like you do are not the same thing.**

That space between the two?

That became the work behind **Act Like You Matter.**

Because sometimes the problem isn’t that you don’t know better.

It’s that something keeps getting between what you know and what you choose.

And that’s where the real work starts.

I didn’t create Act Like You Matter because people needed another reminder that they’re worthy.

I created it because knowing wasn’t changing the choice.

That’s the part I kept seeing.

People knew what mattered.

They knew what needed to change.

And they still kept repeating the same patterns.

So I started looking at what was happening in the space between knowing and choosing.

That space became my work. And now I teach others how to close the gap

You’re not always “doing your research.”
You’re just not making a decision.

You need one more opinion.
One more Google search.
One more comparison.
One more night to think about it.

Meanwhile, you’ve asked six people, changed your mind 14 times, lost sleep over it—

and you’re still in the same place.

I call that pattern the Loop.

How long can you keep calling it “research” before it becomes avoiding?

You can know exactly what you should be doing… and still not do it.

So here’s the question:

Where do you know better — but keep doing the same thing anyway?

Your health?
A relationship?
A boundary?
A decision you keep putting off?

That gap usually isn’t a knowledge problem.

There’s a belief underneath it.

“I matter” sounds simple.

Until acting like it costs you something.

Saying no.
Making the decision.
Walking away.
Risking disappointment.

You can know you matter and still avoid the effort it takes to live like it.

That’s the gap.

I teach you how to close it.

I spent years knowing what I needed to do and still not doing it.

I thought I needed more discipline. More motivation. Another plan.

I didn’t.

What finally changed things was finding what was underneath the patterns that kept putting me right back in the same place.

That’s the work I do now.

If you’re tired of knowing and not doing, comment GAP.

I’ll send you the quiz I created to help you find the belief that’s keeping you there.

You may have taught yourself to stay quiet to keep everyone happy and avoid conflict.

Or to overthink everything before making a decision.
Or to stay busy so you didn't have to deal with the thing you were avoiding.

For whatever reason, these became patterns.
I'm not interested in spending forever figuring out why you started doing them.

I'm interested in whether they're working for you now.
Because a behavior that protected you in one part of your life can restrict you in the next.
You can know you do it.

You can even recognize it while you're doing it.
So why aren't you willing to change it?
That's the gap.

You know you should say no.

So why do you keep saying yes?

It’s not because you’re “too nice.”

There’s a **belief underneath it** that makes saying yes feel easier than saying no.

And until you find that belief, you’ll keep changing the behavior and wondering why it comes back.

Want to know how to find the belief?

Comment **BELIEF** and I’ll send you the first step.
