This coming Saturday is our Benchin For Blitzen. Everyone is welcome to come and participate or just come and hangout for a few hours. You can make a small donation and try a bench max. We will provide warmup, coaching and tips, and spotting. It’s fun day to see everyone and the proceeds are going to a local charity. Stop and visit us from 11am-1pm on Saturday.

She sets goals and then starts working them into existence. To see the work, the stress, the mindset that it takes, always leaves me speechless.
I admire so many of these young athletes that chase their dreams, but it makes it even more special when it’s your own. .

We sent this girl off to her junior year.
She had an amazing offseason of work between performance training and skill enhancement.
This was a special summer for me personally, because not only did she train her tail off, she also interned with us this summer, and she did amazing.
The biggest takeaway for me is: watching your kids have success in sports is great, but witnessing them grow and become good productive people was next level. I can’t wait to see the new levels.
