This past week I had an amazing opportunity to travel to Reno, Nevada for an exclusive UV Lash Training… and I was 1 of only 16 people selected to attend from all over the United States! 🫣

We learned the science behind UV curing, safety and eye protection, proper application, curing, removal, and the technology behind the system. 🧪👀✨

I am now the ONLY in person certified UV Lash Technician in the Quad Cities area! 🙈🎓

I’m beyond excited to bring everything I learned in Reno back to my studio and to YOU! 💗

My goal has always been to continue investing in my education so I can provide my clients with the safest, most advanced, and highest quality lash services possible!

And trust me… If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re going to want to see what UV lashes are all about. 🤭💕

✨ UV Lashes = Longer retention… BUT regular fills are still important! ✨

Yes, UV lashes can give you better, longer lasting retention, which is AMAZING! 🙌🏼 But your natural lashes are still growing, shedding, and changing just like they always have.

Your natural lash growth doesn’t stop just because your extensions have better retention. 🌱

As your natural lashes grow out, the extensions attached to them move farther away from your lash line. Those outgrown extensions need to be removed and replaced to keep your set looking clean, balanced, and healthy.

Waiting longer can mean:
• More outgrown lashes to remove
• More time spent during your appointment
• Less time available for fresh extensions
• A set that may look more grown out or uneven
• Potentially needing something closer to a full set instead of a fill

So while UV technology can help your lashes last longer, it doesn’t change the natural lash growth cycle. 💗

Better retention = less premature shedding.
It does NOT = no more regular fills. 😉

Keeping your regular appointments is still the best way to keep your lashes looking full, fresh & fabulous! ✨

Please remember: if you’re past the 3 week mark, your appointment may require additional removal and replacement time, and may no longer qualify as a standard fill. 🤍
