Affected Purchase Window: Units purchased between May 2, 2017, and May 15, 2025, may be affected.

Reason for this notice:
Huish Outdoors has received reports of internal components within certain Hollis 200LX second stage regulators separating or fracturing before or after a dive.
Our investigation indicates that some units may exhibit reduced impact resistance, particularly if the second stage is dropped or struck on the adjustable inhalation k**b. In these cases, damage to the inlet tube assembly could render the second stage non-functional.
While no incidents have been reported during an active dive, this condition could pose a drowning hazard if it were to occur in use. As a precaution, we are issuing this Stop Use notice while we complete our technical review and prepare a corrective remedy.

Required Actions:

1. End Users:
• Do not dive with the affected regulator.
• Remove it from service immediately.
• Do not attempt to repair, modify, or continue using the product.
2. Dealers and Distributors globally:
• Stop selling and shipping all affected 200LX second stages.
• Quarantine existing inventory.
• Do not return product unless instructed by Huish Outdoors.
• Notify your customers.
Remedy (Next Steps):

Huish Outdoors is finalizing:
• The required replacement parts, and
• A standardized retrofit procedure to be performed by authorized technicians.
A follow-up notice will be issued shortly with:
• Parts availability,
• Dealer repair instructions, and
• Customer support process by region.

Pacific Watersports is now closed for business as we are retiring.
We want to thank all our customers for there business and support. We especially want to thank all our teaching and store staff.

We have kids used BCD SeaQuest Wave Junior that we are selling for $50 each, they have weight pockets that can hold max weight of 5 lbs each. They were used in pool only they're in very good condition, have a lift capacity of 18 lbs. We used these for our kids Bubble Maker and Seal Team classes. These are a very small BCD for approx 50 to 80 lbs kids.

Hello Everybody,

I’m posting this to everyone to let you know that I’m retiring (Laurie) and that Pacific Watersports will be closing this year. I have been in the diving industry since 1977 (20 years old) over 48 years, I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. I’ve had the opportunity to meet great people, made friends, dive in many destinations and the most rewarding, teach people to dive. I started working here 1989, purchased 1991, and you know the rest of the story. I want to thank everybody with many years of great fun, enjoyment and for those who supported us here at PWS by participating in our training, purchases, repairs, dives and so much more.

We hope that you will continue to support PWS until the end. We are still offering, service on equipment, air refills (until the compressor is sold, possibly till December), rental (while available as we have all rental gear for sale), merchandise (many products on clearance now, 20% and more). If you could please let others know of some great deals, Facebook or other social media, word of mouth would be much appreciated. We continue to stay who we are, good honest sales, service, no high pressure and help you get what works best for you.
