❤️ THIS ONE HITS DEEP. ONE OF OUR OWN IS STRUGGLING please take the time to read.

Many of you already know Lauren — maybe you know her from Happy Fizz, from seeing her around Almont supporting our downtown businesses and local vendors, from her time serving and bartending here at Señor Victor’s, or simply because she’s one of those people who somehow knows everyone and brings a little more joy wherever she goes.

Lauren and Jake are the kind of people who represent the very best of small-town community. They support everyone. They show up. They know everyone. They work hard. They’re raising their two beautiful girls, Riley & Logan, while building a life and businesses of their own.

And right now, they need us.

Jake was recently in a terrible dirt bike accident that resulted in a broken leg. He is facing multiple surgeries and months of recovery.

In the middle of all of this, Lauren is trying to care for their two young girls, keep the bills paid, run her business Happy Fizz , work, take care of their home, and spend countless hours navigating hospital visits and Jake’s recovery.
And this Saturday, September 12th, was supposed to be their wedding day.

Instead of spending this week celebrating and putting the finishing touches on their beautiful wedding, their days have been filled with hospitals, surgeries, uncertainty, and trying to figure out what comes next.

So this Saturday, September 12th, we want to show Lauren, Jake and their family that they are NOT doing this alone.

20% OF ALL SALES AT SEÑOR VICTOR’S THIS SATURDAY WILL BE DONATED DIRECTLY TO HELP THEM
We will also have a donation bin Friday & Saturday, with 100% of those donations going directly to Lauren and her family.

Come grab some dinner. Order that extra margarita. Bring your friends. Or even just stop in and drop a dollar in the donation bin.

And to all of our local businesses and community members — we would absolutely LOVE to see you stop in and help us make this a true Almont community effort.

Because when one of our own is hurting, we show up.
We know this town can come together in a BIG way, and we would love nothing more than to surround this family with the love and support they have spent so much time giving to everyone else.

Thank you to all of you who joined us this summer for our summer session!
