The primary purpose of Michigan United Basketball, through its travel teams, is to teach the fundamentals of basketball to boys/girls of all ages who aspire to become better players. We want to give players a vehicle to compete against good competition and to recognize what they need to improve on to reach their goals as a basketball player. Our organization focuses on individual skill development

, improving each player's understanding of offensive and defensive concepts, while stressing the team first! Michigan United Basketball will take pride in creating a positive environment for its athletes, parents and coaches.

Our Story

Championship Sports Travel Basketball started as 1 rag-tag team that consisted of players in 3 different grades. The club quickly expanded to 3 teams the next year and then to 9 teams and then to 14 teams in year 7. Our club has been fortunate to recruit top coaches in Mid-Michigan who have help develop players and our club into the strong program it is today, 10 years later.
