Now that I've had time to decompress (and take a nap), I wanted to make sure this crew knows how PROUD I am, and thankful! Thank you for sticking by the weird guy who came to town to coach. Thank you for adapting, learning, and constantly improving! A HUGE SHOUT OUT to Stphanie Strong for her knowledge and positivity in the water! This has been an awesome adventure and we have just a little work left to do! You guys rock, and I will see you Tuesday, at 9, at your favorite place and mine, THE POOL!!! LET'S GO MINDEN!!!

The Plains tSunami Swim League director has graciously offered a lower fee for former Alma swimmers who must travel to continue to compete. Please go join a team!!! The sport is bigger than all the politics.

I'm sorry, team. We fought, did everything that was asked, and politics has shut us down.
We were not given permission to swim in Orleans, and that was my last option this year.
Please contact teams nearby and get in the pool!
I'll take fistbumps every time I see you, and KEEP BEING THE ROCKSTARS I KNOW YOU ARE!!!!
