We are canceling Thursday’s strongHER workout. I hate cancelling, but tomorrow’s workout has conflicts with a couple sport schedules, and that along with issues with heat and air quality, makes canceling the best option. The goal of StrongHER is to support girls and athletic programs, and we try to make that work as best as possible. While I will always push participation in strength training, we want girls to prioritize family time, recovery time, and team time. We will get back at it on Tuesday, July 21, of our final workout at MORTAR CrossFit! Go Panthers!

Our StrongHER Panther of the Week is Kennedy Brown! Kennedy is a 7th grader and hasn’t missed a workout! She plays volleyball, basketball, and softball, and has been working hard all summer long!
